Symptoms
“Verify that you have sufficient privileges to start system services“ error.
The Robot Manager fails installing with error "verify that you have sufficient privileges to start system services".

You cannot locate any GSX logs for the Robot Manager install.
Cause
User that is logged on does not have sufficient privileges to install system services.
Solution
Click on Start and type ‘Edit Group Policy’ and press ENTER.
Navigate to Group Policy Object Editor > Local Computer Policy.
In the console tree, navigate to Computer Configuration > Windows Settings > Security Settings > Local Policies >User Rights Assignment.
In the details pane, double-click Log on as a service.
Click Add User or Group.
Add the account to the list of accounts that have the Log on as a service right.
Make sure that the Windows Installer service is started and enabled:
Click on Start and type ‘Services.msc’ and press ENTER.
Right-click the Windows Installer service, and then click Properties.
If the Startup type box is set to Disabled, change it to Automatic.
Click OK to close the Properties window.
Right-click the Windows Installer service, and then click Start.
