Teams "Check Presence Time could not be retrieved" error
Teams "CreatePresenceEndPoint failed (405) Method Not Allowed” error
Problem
Microsoft Teams scanning fails and reports error messages related to "Presence Time”.
You can see the following on the Robot logs:
MSTeamsv2ScanComponent.CheckPresence: Gsx.Robot.MSTeamsv2ScanComponent.RequestException: CreatePresenceEndPoint failed: (405) Method Not Allowed
Solution
You must use the Gizmo PowerShell management console to complete this operation.
Add the parameter skipcheckpresence to the Teams scan configuration:
