Symptoms
Scans failed on Exchange Mailbox Server, Exchange Edge Server and Exchange DAG workloads.
Problem
The username parameter contains a backslash character \
Solution
You need to update username parameters that contain a backslash character \
Examples:
.\gmonitor should be replaced with gmonitor
ent\gmonitor should be replaced with gmonitor@ent.gsx.com
